Coated Paper (also known as Poly Coated Cup Stock Board)
is a type of Paper used in manufacturing of Paper Cups
/ Glasses and Paper Cones which are used for storage / transfer
and consumption of Liquid and semi liquid products. The
Paper is PE coated on one side and is converted into a Cup
or cone using Heat Locking Process. These Paper cups are
used for consumption of Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, Ice
Creams etc..
For manufacturing of Good quality
glasses / cups it is necessary
to use good quality PE laminated cup stock board else the
quality of the cup will not be sustainable and usable.
The paper must have the right strength , weight and
flexibility along with lowest possible absorbability so
that the cup produced using it can be used for right
purpose. Moreover it is also important factor that the
lamination done on the paper should be of good quality
which is completely bound with the paper and also has
the right thickness. |
